The Sovereign Self Process
This is a path I'm living, not just teaching. Everything I offer comes from the inside out — from the daily work of aligning with my own design, even as that design shifts and matures along the way. Right now, that means stepping into my own Crone identity: shedding old roles, old strategies for being loved and valued, and learning to trust the wisdom that only comes from having lived long enough to earn it. I coach from inside that process, not above it. At the center is the Big 3 — Strategy, Authority, and Type — the sacred codes of Human Design that show us how we're actually built to move through the world, decide, and grow. But knowing your design is only the beginning; the real work is the daily commitment to living it. That's where ritual comes in — the grounding practices and expanding rituals that anchor you back to yourself, again and again, until self-trust becomes your baseline instead of your exception. This isn't about becoming someone new. It's about the slow, sacred unbecoming of everything that isn't you — the roles, the performances, the identities you outgrew — so what remains is simply, undeniably, self. My work is to walk that road in front of you, beside you, and through you: proof that full embodiment isn't a destination, but a daily devotion.
